How UAV-Planner pricing works
UAV-Planner is priced per pilot, not per drone: Starter costs €230 per pilot per year (or €24 monthly) and Professional €430 per pilot per year (or €44 monthly), both excluding VAT. Every user with access counts as a seat — pilots, operations managers, and administrators — so the price follows the size of your team, not the size of your fleet. Yearly billing saves up to 20% compared to monthly.
Starter covers the essentials for teams of up to five: flight logging and history, the flight map, certificate tracking, equipment registration, and CSV export. Professional adds what growing operations ask for — checklists for planning, pre-flight, and post-flight, zone and airspace maps, dashboards and reports, role-based access, and management of companies and business units. Enterprise is for organizations with several business units, SSO with Microsoft Entra ID, and specific security and compliance requirements.
Most teams switch to UAV-Planner from spreadsheets and scattered files. The difference shows when documentation is requested: flight logs, pilot certificates, and equipment records live in one place, stay complete, and export cleanly for audits and client reviews.
Frequently asked questions
How does licensing work?
UAV-Planner Starter costs €230 per pilot per year, or €24 per pilot per month. Professional costs €430 per pilot per year, or €44 per pilot per month. Enterprise is priced by agreement. Norwegian customers are typically invoiced in NOK at equivalent rates.
Can I try before I buy?
We offer a personalized demo and can arrange a trial or onboarding period for organizations that want to evaluate the platform in their own operation.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade when your team grows or when you need Professional or Enterprise capabilities. Downgrades and plan changes are handled by agreement.
What kind of support is included?
All plans include email support. Professional includes priority support with faster response times. Enterprise includes a dedicated account contact and phone support.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Plans include CSV export for operational data such as flight logs, pilot records, and equipment data. Enterprise integrations can be scoped by agreement.
Who counts as a pilot in the pricing?
Every user with access to your workspace counts as a pilot seat — including operations managers and administrators. Starter covers up to 5 seats, Professional up to 25, and Enterprise is sized by agreement.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
You upgrade to the next plan — your flight logs, pilot records, and settings carry over unchanged. Moving from Starter to Professional adds checklists, zone maps, reports, and role-based access with no migration work.
Where is our data stored?
Core operational data is stored in the EU/EEA by default, and the platform is built for GDPR compliance. Some vendors process limited personal data outside the EEA for support and security — the privacy policy has the details.
Does UAV-Planner help with EASA compliance?
Yes. Flight logs, pilot certificates, checklists, and equipment records are structured around the EASA framework, and CSV export gives you audit-ready documentation when the authority or a client asks.
